This page explains how JOMZ handles information needed to provide customer service and fulfil orders.
Information we use
JOMZ may use contact, order, delivery, payment-status, and campaign-source information to process purchases, determine delivery availability and fees from the postcode entered, coordinate delivery, answer questions, and understand which marketing introduced an order.
Customer reviews
We only publish a customer review when the customer has given permission. A review is marked as a verified purchase only when it is linked to a paid JOMZ order.
Customer choices
You may contact us to ask about your information, request corrections, or ask questions about communications. We do not ask for unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
Service providers
Payment is processed securely through Billplz, and the minimum delivery information is shared with the courier arranged for the order.

Optional Meta advertising measurement
Only with your permission, our Meta Pixel measures shopping-page visits, cart actions, checkout starts and verified purchases, including order value in MYR. Meta may receive browser/device information, page URLs and advertising identifiers. We do not send customer name, email, phone or address fields through this Pixel, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. Private account/admin pages and health articles are excluded from our Pixel events. Shopping does not require marketing consent. You can accept, reject or withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the website footer.
We respect Global Privacy Control and a browser Do Not Track signal as an opt-out of optional Meta tracking. We save your choice, its date and the consent-policy version in this browser. Marketing approval expires after 90 days or a consent-policy change; rejection is retained unless you change it. These choices do not replace the information needed to process your order.
