Clear delivery information for a smooth frozen pre-order experience in Kuala Lumpur.
Local delivery
JOMZ currently delivers locally in Kuala Lumpur. Outstation delivery is temporarily unavailable. JOMZ delivery is RM8 for 0–5 km, RM12 for 5–10 km, and RM18 for 10–15 km, charged once per order. Distances above 15 km require a manual quotation. Delivery is arranged through Grab or Lalamove.
When your order arrives
Keep the bottles frozen at -18 degrees C. Move bottles to the chiller when you are ready to thaw. Once opened, enjoy immediately or within 2 hours. If thawed and kept chilled before opening, consume within 24 hours for best taste and quality.
